{"id":168680,"date":"2021-11-12T17:43:17","date_gmt":"2021-11-12T20:43:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/diariotextual.com\/inicio\/?p=168680"},"modified":"2021-11-12T17:43:19","modified_gmt":"2021-11-12T20:43:19","slug":"emtu-gerente-destaco-que-se-redujeron-las-quejas-por-demoras-del-servicio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariotextual.com\/inicio\/index.php\/2021\/11\/12\/emtu-gerente-destaco-que-se-redujeron-las-quejas-por-demoras-del-servicio\/","title":{"rendered":"EMTU: gerente destac\u00f3 que se redujeron las quejas por demoras del servicio"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>El gerente del <strong>Ente Municipal de Transporte Urbano (EMTU), Emmanuel Alfayate, resalt\u00f3 las nuevas inversiones <\/strong>que realiz\u00f3 el municipio para brindar un mejor servicio a todos los usuarios y agreg\u00f3 que se redujeron las quejas por las demoras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alfayate, en di\u00e1logo con Radio Municipal Santa Rosa (94.7 FM), record\u00f3 que <strong>se instal\u00f3 una nueva parada inteligente en el hospital Lucio Molas, que se suma a las ya instaladas en el Parque Oliver (Mansilla y Rivadavia), y en el barrio Esperanza (Gaich y Toscano),<\/strong> consistiendo las mismas en estructuras reforzadas de hierro, para evitar actos de vandalismo que sujetan un cartel electr\u00f3nico se encuentra metros por encima del piso y cuenta con una protecci\u00f3n acr\u00edlica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas <strong>paradas permiten al usuario determinar en tiempo real los minutos que restan para la llegada del pr\u00f3ximo micro<\/strong> al lugar, en funci\u00f3n del seguimiento de la se\u00f1al de GPS que tienen las distintas unidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, remarc\u00f3 que \u00faltimamente <strong>se ha reducido la cantidad de quejas de los usuarios con respecto a las demoras, dado que el servicio est\u00e1 funcionando todos los d\u00edas pr\u00e1cticamente sin demoras<\/strong>, salvo por alg\u00fan d\u00eda particular que por la realizaci\u00f3n de alg\u00fan corte de tr\u00e1nsito por obras, se vea moment\u00e1neamente demorado alguno de los servicios por la necesidad de efectuar alg\u00fan desv\u00edo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E inform\u00f3 que en los \u00faltimos meses tambi\u00e9n ha crecido significativamente<strong> la cantidad de usuarios transportados<\/strong>, que <strong>pas\u00f3 de un promedio de 150 mil contabilizados a fines del mes de septiembre, a uno de 188 mil cerrando el mes de octubre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<strong>Hemos alcanzado recientemente los n\u00fameros de usuarios que se manejaban antes de la pandemia<\/strong>, y creemos que todav\u00eda nos queda m\u00e1s para crecer. Estamos m\u00e1s que entusiasmados porque consideramos que el servicio se est\u00e1 prestando con una gran eficiencia, donde pr\u00e1cticamente no tenemos complicaciones y donde se planifica mucho para que de haber alguna, el usuario se vea lo menos afectado posible. Y creo que ello repercute en los n\u00fameros, con personas que ya se han hecho habitu\u00e9 del servicio y han vuelto a utilizarlo como en otros a\u00f1os\u201d, reflej\u00f3 Alfayate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gerente del EMTU tambi\u00e9n adelant\u00f3 que <strong>a fines del mes de diciembre se va a estar informando la modificaci\u00f3n de los horarios y frecuencias de distintas l\u00edneas para ajustarse al cronograma de que abarcar\u00e1 los meses de verano<\/strong> de enero y febrero, en que baja dr\u00e1sticamente la cantidad de usuarios por el receso escolar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n anticip\u00f3 que en virtud del proceso eleccionario que se va a desarrollar este domingo 14 de noviembre, todas las l\u00edneas del EMTU van a prestar servicio de manera gratuita, con los horarios que habitualmente tiene los d\u00edas s\u00e1bado, y que para utilizar el servicio durante dicha jornada, no ser\u00e1 necesario contar con la tarjeta SUBE, sino que se podr\u00e1 subir libremente a la unidad, siempre y cuando no se supere la cantidad m\u00e1xima de pasajeros que se pueden transportar.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El
