dos a\u00f1os de pandemia y restricciones puede pasar por alto los principios de<strong> una alimentaci\u00f3n saludable <\/strong>y recomiendan aprovechar<strong> \u00ablos alimentos de estaci\u00f3n, no solo para cuidar la calidad nutricional, sino tambi\u00e9n el bolsillo\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, sostienen que estas festividades es un buen momento para, sin abandonar las medidas de cuidado sanitario, poder reunirse con la familia y los amigos en una mesa festiva, representan mucho m\u00e1s que un conjunto de nutrientes que se consumen para sobrevivir; ya est\u00e1 cargada de significados, por lo cual no se debe subestimar su carga emocional y festiva.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abA muchos nos pasa que exageramos en cantidades para las cenas del 24 y el 31 de diciembre, no falta nunca la picada, la entrada, el asadito o una pasta contundente, alcohol, postres varios y una sobremesa llena de dulces\u00bb, explic\u00f3 la licenciada en Nutrici\u00f3n, Natalia Vizioli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La especialista, integrante del Colegio de Nutricionistas de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, sugiri\u00f3 planificar las compras en base a la cantidad de comensales \u00abaprovechando los alimentos de estaci\u00f3n, no solo para cuidar la calidad nutricional de los platos sino tambi\u00e9n el bolsillo\u00bb, en tanto aconsej\u00f3 \u00abarmar una lista para comprar solo lo necesario\u00bb teniendo en cuenta una correcta conservaci\u00f3n ante las altas temperaturas de verano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De esta manera \u00abpodemos comer de todo pero ser selectivos y optar por lo que m\u00e1s nos gusta, usando platos chicos y tambi\u00e9n empezar a desestructurar un poco las comidas t\u00edpicas y hacer platos m\u00e1s frescos y saludables\u00bb, dijo Vizioli.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la licenciada Maria Laura Sansalone, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que en el marco de las fiestas de fin de a\u00f1o \u00abes un buen momento para disfrutar el encuentro, compartiendo el alimento como nexo social en este contexto tan particular que nos toca atravesar\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De igual modo, la especialista sostuvo que \u00abtambi\u00e9n es buen momento para realizar compras mas conscientes y solidarias, por ejemplo a primeros productos en ferias barriales, y a desarrollar un consumo m\u00e1s responsable\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este marco, los especialistas del Colegio de Nutricionistas de la Provincia de Bueno Aires, brindaron algunas sugerencias para pensar las comidas de fin de a\u00f1o, como evitar las t\u00edpicas ensaladas con papa y mayonesa, como la ensalada rusa, habiendo tantas opciones frescas para estas noches de calor y \u00aboptar por verduras de hoja que combinadas con otras verduras de estaci\u00f3n que aportan color y volumen\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En tanto, a la hora de la parrilla \u00abdecidirse por cortes de menor tenor graso, bajar la cantidad de achuras, chorizo y morcilla y sumar verduras para asar\u00bb y remarcaron que si bien el helado es un cl\u00e1sico a la hora del postre, las frutas de estaci\u00f3n son una deliciosa y saludable alternativa: anan\u00e1, sand\u00eda, mel\u00f3n, frutillas, entre otras, que aportan agua, fibra, vitaminas y minerales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEn definitiva, la comida lejos de convertirse en un inconveniente, debe y merece ser disfrutada estos d\u00edas festivos que significan uni\u00f3n, reflexiones, el cierre de un ciclo y el comienzo de otro con nuevos desaf\u00edos y nuevas metas por cumplir\u00bb concluyeron desde el Colegio de Nutricionistas de la provincia
