Se trata de la empresa <strong>L\u00e1ctea Santa Luc\u00eda<\/strong> que elaboran algunos de los productos con leche ovina provenientes de ovejas de la raza Pampinta del INTA-Anguil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El <strong>1\u00b0 Concurso Nacional de Quesos, Manteca y Dulce de Leche<\/strong> se realiz\u00f3 en la provincia de C\u00f3rdoba, organizado por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Ganader\u00eda del Gobierno de C\u00f3rdoba, la cartera de Producci\u00f3n del Gobierno de Entre R\u00edos, Regi\u00f3n Centro, la Asociaci\u00f3n de Peque\u00f1os y Medianos Productores L\u00e1cteos (APYMEL) y la Escuela Superior Integral de Lecher\u00eda (ESIL). Adem\u00e1s, cont\u00f3 con el apoyo del Instituto Nacional de Tecnolog\u00eda Industrial (INTI) y el financiamiento del Consejo Federal de Inversiones (CFI).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1007\" height=\"1007\" src=\"https:\/\/diariotextual.com\/inicio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/quesossantalucia2023-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-223861\" srcset=\"https:\/\/diariotextual.com\/inicio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/quesossantalucia2023-2.jpg 1007w, https:\/\/diariotextual.com\/inicio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/quesossantalucia2023-2-300x300.jpg 300w, https:\/\/diariotextual.com\/inicio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/quesossantalucia2023-2-150x150.jpg 150w, https:\/\/diariotextual.com\/inicio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/quesossantalucia2023-2-768x768.jpg 768w, https:\/\/diariotextual.com\/inicio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/quesossantalucia2023-2-585x585.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1007px) 100vw, 1007px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>En la oportunidad jurados de Argentina y Uruguay evaluaron m\u00e1s de 330 productos elaborados por 70 PyMEs l\u00e1cteas de siete provincias argentinas (La Pampa, C\u00f3rdoba, Entre R\u00edos, Santa Fe, Buenos Aires, Tucum\u00e1n y Mendoza).&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La empresa Santa Luc\u00eda, ubicada en la localidad de Toay fue merecedora de tres distinciones:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quesos Saborizados y\/o Especiados<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Segundo premio: Queso Gouda con pimienta Santa Luc\u00eda Sabores Criollos, de Sergio Girard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Tercer premio: Queso Gouda con or\u00e9gano Santa Luc\u00eda Sabores Criollos, de Sergio Girard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quesos Elaborados con Leches Especiales (oveja, cabra, b\u00fafala, mezclas)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Segundo premio: Queso duro leche de oveja Santa Luc\u00eda Sabores Criollos, de Sergio Girard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Ministerio de la Producci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del subsecretario de Asuntos Agrarios, Ricardo Baraldi, acompa\u00f1\u00f3 la participaci\u00f3n pampeana en dicho evento y en particular a la familia Girard durante la jornada de premiaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cTengo el coraz\u00f3n que se me sale, estamos muy emocionados toda la familia que hacemos Santa Luc\u00eda.
