{"id":56891,"date":"2019-07-23T18:17:00","date_gmt":"2019-07-23T21:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/diariotextual.com\/inicio\/?p=56891"},"modified":"2019-07-23T21:06:06","modified_gmt":"2019-07-24T00:06:06","slug":"marino-las-empresas-telefonia-celular-deben-brindar-informacion-clara-los-consumidores","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/diariotextual.com\/inicio\/index.php\/2019\/07\/23\/marino-las-empresas-telefonia-celular-deben-brindar-informacion-clara-los-consumidores\/","title":{"rendered":"Marino: \u00abLas empresas de telefon\u00eda celular deben brindar informaci\u00f3n clara a los consumidores\u00bb"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Juan Carlos Marino<\/strong>, senador nacional por La Pampa, destac\u00f3 que el Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones (Enacom) debe exigir a las empresas de celulares \u00abmayor y mejor informaci\u00f3n sobre los servicios de telefon\u00eda\u00bb ofrecidos y contratados en todo el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLos planes de las compa\u00f1\u00edas de telefon\u00eda celular suelen estar estandarizados de tal manera que un usuario paga, dentro del mismo, por servicios que en ocasiones no puede utilizar plenamente por residir en zonas donde no hay buena cobertura, como puede ser la red 4G.<strong> Nuestra iniciativa busca que el consumidor pueda acceder a dicha informaci\u00f3n para, de esa manera, tomar una mejor decisi\u00f3n que le permita saber bien qu\u00e9 le est\u00e1n ofreciendo, si el servicio se ajusta a sus necesidades y si verdaderamente podr\u00e1 utilizarlo adecuadamente donde vive, en caso de contratarlo<\/strong>. Hoy el Enacom les exige a las empresas presentar un mapa de cobertura pero ese plano no est\u00e1 al alcance de los usuarios o resulta de muy dif\u00edcil acceso. Queremos corregir esa situaci\u00f3n\u201d, explic\u00f3 Marino.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto original fue presentado por el legislador pampeano en 2013 y luego representado este a\u00f1o al no haberse corregido esta situaci\u00f3n. Entre las medidas solicitadas las empresas deber\u00e1n informar: en qu\u00e9 localidades de la provincia donde se contrata el servicio el usuario tendr\u00e1 cobertura; qu\u00e9 tipo de servicios estar\u00e1n disponibles en cada una de ellas; y qu\u00e9 velocidad de subida y bajada de datos garantizan. Esta informaci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 estar disponible para todas las jurisdicciones del pa\u00eds en el sitio web de cada compa\u00f1\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBuscamos garantizar a trav\u00e9s de una ley los derechos de los consumidores en lo referente al servicio de telefon\u00eda m\u00f3vil.<strong> Si bien es informaci\u00f3n que las empresas ya deben presentar a las autoridades, queremos que est\u00e9 a disposici\u00f3n y de manera clara para que los argentinos puedan contratar el servicio que mejor se ajusta a sus necesidades y posibilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. Resulta una obviedad decir que hoy el tel\u00e9fono celular es una herramienta fundamental no solo para mantener el contacto con familiares y amigos sino para mantenerse informado, estudiar o trabajar. Pero tambi\u00e9n es cierto que a\u00fan el servicio no es parejo y algunos de los pueblos del interior no reciben las mismas prestaciones que las grandes ciudades. Mientras se subsanan estas diferencias, los consumidores deben al menos contar con informaci\u00f3n que los ayude a decidir qu\u00e9 servicio
