Pero empezar a ir al gym puede convertirse en una muy buena estrategia para ponerte en forma. Y para lograr cualquiera de estos resultados necesitamos ir m\u00ednimo dos o tres veces semanales al gym.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3- Acompa\u00f1arlo de una dieta.<\/strong> Si nosotros tenemos una forma muy mala de comer a base de grasas, alimentos procesados y\/ o abuso de alcohol, nuestros resultados nunca llegar\u00e1n. Por eso debemos alimentarnos bien. Trabajar con carga trae m\u00faltiples beneficios para nuestro cuerpo. Depender\u00e1, igual, del objetivo que se pongan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5- Descanso.<\/strong> Para ver resultados necesitamos descansar 8 horas. O al menos 7 horas. Nuestro cuerpo necesita reconstruir tejidos y tener la mente descansada. Si descansamos bien, nuestro cuerpo asimilar\u00e1 lo trabajado ese d\u00eda.
